Jean & Christopher's Baby Girl

We created our blog in order to allow our friends and family to follow along with the adoption of our new baby girl. We plan to post to the blog during our trip to China. If all goes as planned, we should be able to include photos along the way. Thanks for sharing in our journey with us!

Travel Approval is here!

We received word today that our Travel Approval has arrived from China. The next step is for our agency to set an appointment with the US Consulate in China. They have requested one of the following dates: Nov. 14, 15, or 16. Assuming we do get an appointment on one of those dates, we wil be leaving sometime around Nov. 2 - 4th!

I've been thinking that we would be going closer to Thanksgiving, so this is wonderful news! We have so much to do before then. I'll update the site once we have a final date. We should know in another 2 - 3 days.
